Seasons, not checklists
Ongoing work runs in three-month seasons with a set capacity: sessions, async time, build hours. What we do inside it can change as we learn.
Acts
Bouquets unfold in acts. Each one is scoped and priced at its start, so a change of direction happens between acts instead of in the middle of one.
Petals carry forward
If a Petal turns into something bigger, what you paid can be credited toward your Rose or Bouquet.
We name new things together
When we uncover something new, we decide together whether it belongs in this season, the next act, or its own Petal.

Rates are shared on the discovery call, while the house finishes setting its menu.
